PureEssence was a dream, a dream of a place where transforming and healing one's body through spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional balancing. I always believed by sharing and inspiring others to capture a sense of their inner essence, one can obtain joy in every aspect of their lives. This union of like minded people creates a communal connection where one can come and feel safe to heal through balancing the mind body and spirit. PureEssenceStudio is about one’s authentic self; letting go of stressful obligations and roles that are held on by fear. When we are able to let go of the fear, we are able to flow through life gracefully through the chaos of life, not feedin g into it. Through yoga, massage and energy work one is able to let the chaos go, connecting to the centre within, with the realization that all you need is within you!
PureEssence Studio has become a vibrant and supportive learning center for people to transform at all stages in their lives. Students and clients come together to explore the transformative and healing powers of Yoga and Body Therapy like Massage, Reiki, and JinShin Jytsue.
